I’ve published 31 peer-reviewed publications based on my research in this area and have over 8 years of experience working with patients.
Why I Launched This Website
I understand how challenging it is to find healthy habits you truly want to stick to for life. I recognize that every person is different, in terms of health conditions, prior experiences with weight loss, familial or cultural traditions around food, and your relationships with food and exercise.
